Body Sculpt is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class usually focused on core strength. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting. Most sculpting classes use weighted bars, exercise bands, dumbbells, or a combination of this equipment.

Boot Camp

This class involves intense and strict physical training that builds strength and fitness through group intervals over a one hour time period, The routines come in a wide varierty, but all are intense and explosive, leaving you with a burn you’ll never forget. This is great for people who want an extra challenge with additional motivation.

Hatha Yoga focuses on simple postures, breathing exercises, and slower-paced with some seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.

Promoting an environment where technical development is the number one priority is of utmost importance to us. Instead of open-sparring, we focus mainly on in-depth technical break-downs and situational sparring drills to simulate different types of practical scenarios that one would encounter in a real fight.

At Spartacus Gym, men and women train together to help prepare each other for battle in a safe and supportive environment. The training is intense and demanding but if you get knocked down, we will always pick you up.

Pilates

Exercises that emphasize your body’s core – the abdomen, obliques, lower back, innner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture with a lower chance of injury than other forms of exercise. The discipline emphasizes correct form instead of going for the burn.

Exercise Balls have many uses in Pilates. While they can be used as a simple support, they can engage all your core muscles by making balancing more of a challenge and can add additional resistnce by increasing weight on at-length poses.

Zumba is great for those seeking a different and more stimulating way of getting their cardio done through a series of aerobic, balancing, flexibility, and muscle conditioning exercises. Zumba is inspired by Latin American dancing, and features popular styles like samba, merengue, and serval others to keep you on your feet.
