Apana Flow

In Sanskrit, Apana refers to the downward and outward flow of breath and energy, specifically the energy responsible for grounding. Apana Flow is a unique group class which blends therapeutic yoga exercises, Eastern body weight drills, and animal-based movements to facilitate a balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility. From this class, you will be able to improve your posture, reduce aches and pains, strengthen your deep core muscles, and gain total body mobility. Apana Flow is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels and will help you create a stronger mind-body connection.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art, which emphasizes throws and takedowns, positional control, pins, escapes, chokes, and submissions to subdue a fully resisting opponent.
