Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art, which emphasizes throws and takedowns, positional control, pins, escapes, chokes, and submissions to subdue a fully resisting opponent.

Hatha Yoga focuses on simple postures, breathing exercises, and slower-paced with some seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
