BAND CAMP is a full body strength-based class designed to help you build skills and confidence of movement with resistance bands and dumbbells in an uplifting group setting.

Hatha Yoga focuses on simple postures, breathing exercises, and slower-paced with some seated meditation. This is a good place to learn beginner’s poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.
